DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates. All UK orders are sent 1st class, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in GBP at checkout, depending on your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HRSNR ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

International orders outside United Kingdom usually take between 5-10 working days to arrive from dispatch, but in some cases your order can take up to 14 days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail - who are very reliable and generally deliver pretty quick.

HRSNR is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days of your purchase - on the basis that the goods are returned in an unused, unopened condition. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
