Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: "How long will my order take?"

A: All orders are sent out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (post day) - depending on when you placed your order, it will be sent out on the next available post day.

UK orders are sent 1st class with Royal Mail, they usually deliver 1-3 days after sending.

European & American orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail, they usually deliver 3-7 days after sending.

International orders (rest of world) can take up to 3 weeks, however the majority are delivered within 7-10 working days.

 

Q: "Can I have tracking details for my order?"

A: I'm currently working out how I can make this option available for customers who would benefit from the service. At this time tracking details aren't available, however Royal Mail are very reliable and all orders are issued with a return address in the event of a parcel being unable to deliver.

 

Q: "Why does the shipping cost more on A3 Posters?"

A: A3 posters are sent in cardboard mail tubes - they fall into the 'small parcel' category for shipping. Please take this into account when ordering multiple items - such as posters and pins together - not sure how exactly I'd even send them!
